The 3520 Wide Brim Weathered Cotton Foldable Traveler Hat is a lightweight cotton and polyester hat with a weathered look, a wide brim and a chin cord, and it folds into the travel bag that comes with it. Designed in Minnesota for our VE Adventures line, it includes a free sizing kit.

The weathered finish means it looks like it’s already been somewhere. That’s handy on a trip, because nobody wants to step off a plane in a stiff, shiny new hat. Fold it into the bag, pack it, and it’s ready when you land.

Once you’re there, it’s a do-everything hat. A walking tour in the sun. A boat ride where the chin cord earns its keep. A hike to a waterfall, a day at an outdoor market, a long drive with the window down. It’s water resistant with 50+ UV protection, and the brim is the same width all the way around, so your neck gets as much shade as your face.

The color is Brown, which goes with khakis, denim and most travel gear, and hides a bit of dust on the road.

Sizes go from Small through XLarge. Measure your head, check the size chart, and if you’re between sizes, choose the larger size and use the free sizing kit to fine-tune the fit.
