The 1033 Bison Outback Crocodile is a leather outback hat made from premium USA bison hide and handcrafted in Minnesota, USA. What makes it different is the trim: a genuine crocodile leather hatband and five genuine crocodile teeth.

This is the hat in our range that gets noticed. The crocodile band gives it a look you won’t find on our other styles, and the teeth make it a conversation starter. It makes a memorable gift for someone who already owns a plain leather hat, and it’s a fine choice for a rodeo, a trail ride or a night out at a country bar.

It isn’t only for show. The leather is water resistant and the hat has 50+ UV protection, so it can do real outdoor work too. Choose Black, Brown or Rustic.

Fit

The hat comes with a free Hat Sizing Kit, two foam strips that tuck under the sweatband. Measure your head with a soft tape about a finger’s width above the eyebrows and just above the ears, then find your size on the leather hat chart (Small through XXLarge). Between two sizes? Choose the larger size and use the sizing kit to fine-tune the fit. The hat sizing guide walks through it.
